What Shipping Carriers Do You Use?
All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.
When will my order ship?
Orders normally ship with 24-48 hours, however, some personalized or special order items may take 7-10 days. Freight, handling and insurance charges will be added to the order. UPS Nex-day and 2nd-day air shipments are available upon customer request. KidsGoFormal shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery or shipment of goods, or for any damages suffered by reason of such delay or damaged caused by freight handling. We also reserve the right to modify shipment cut-off times and to select alternative carriers. We do reserve the right to change shipping methods IF we see that we can get the product to you in a more timely manner at a comparable cost. We ship only to US and Canada addresses at this time.
Can I match colors produced by different manufacturers?
Normally colors of items from the same manufacturer will match, however, although some colors may be close from different manufacturers, never count on an exact match.
My package hasn't arrived yet - can it be traced?
Yes. Login to your account and click on Order Status for tracking information.
Is there a restocking fee for return merchandise?
We charge a 15% restocking fee on any order returned, refused or considered undeliverable. Orders may be cancelled at any time as long as they have not already shipped. Special order items will incur a 20% cancellation fee if cancelled after 48 hours.
What credit cards to you accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard at no additional charge to you. All orders must be pre-paid before they will ship.
What if I receive defective merchandise?
All products are First Quality and sold as free of defects. If there is a defect with any item purchased from KidsGoFormal.com, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order and describe the problem so we can make arrangements to resolve the problem.
